Well, now look at this earlier image of the same spot.
Note that the Starbucks cup is not present.
Someone must have dropped it there in that time frame.
My theory is: NASA is keeping a big secret from us. That secret is, a colony is already established on Mars. The US government is keeping it a secret in order to buy time to pillage the planet's resources before the Chinese and Europeans wake up, and they have invited only the top US corporations to be involved, like Boeing, Microsoft, GE, Starbucks (for the colonists' recreation).
The war in Iraq is just a diversion to keep the world focused elsewhere.
